It has an insulated skin on its surface. Any shape can be made quickly. Our standard shapes are the cheapest in the business. Si3N4 : Material is fully non-conductive. This material has an extremely high hardness when compared to the aluminum-type ceramic. Price is higher for this reason and others, but also special shapes are NO PROBLEM! This material is excellent for automatic and robotic welding applications. Al2O3 Coating : Substrate material can be made out of almost any material. Usually a high -hardness material is used for durability. This material is being used in almost any/all welding applications, but is sometime not as recommended as the KCF material. Al2O3 : Material is fully non-conductive. Material cost is low and special shapes are available at a cheap price. This material is excellent for manual welding applications.
